Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Jaan Jewellery purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Eligibility 

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items 

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings 
  • Customised or personalised pieces
  • Items marked as final sale 

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at support@jaanjewellery.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges 

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style, subject to availability. Please note that earrings cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Shipping Costs 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
