Refund policy
All items are carefully quality-checked before being shipped.
At Jaan Jewellery, we want you to love your pieces as much as we loved creating them. If your piece isn’t quite right, we are here to help.
1. Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return:
Items must be in their original, unworn condition.

Products can be returned if:
- They arrived damaged due to shipping.
Products cannot be returned if:
- The damage is due to normal wear and tear.
- You change your mind.
- The item doesn’t suit you.
- The item doesn’t fit (please refer to the size details in each product description).
- For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
- Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@jaanjewellery.com with:

Your Order Number.

The reason for the return.

Photos of the item (especially if you are reporting a fault).
Please note: Unless an item is faulty, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@jaanjewellery.com.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
International Returns
International returns have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and label.
4. Exchange
We do not accept exchanges for items due to change of mind or if they don’t suit your needs. Each product listing includes detailed specifications, such as length and weight, to help you make an informed purchase.
5. Order cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing it. If your order has not been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours.
